Yes Finn is gay, as far as I know. However he left due to an unfair infraction or something like that, bit of a shame really.

I don't think it's against the rules to ask, but if someone told someone something that was supposed to be kept private, then I suppose it's leaking staff's personal info if the mod isn't happy about it. Which is against the rules.
