I found it not worthy to report him at first as it's kind of weird.
Sometimes I get the feeling when I'd say I'm "Sept" or "Duhfault" or any of the other notorious scammers you'd immediately be treated and dealt with as him.
Him saying he's a well known member on Rune-Server doesn't make any sense to me aslong as there is no proof.
However his name on this account is "Marokkaan" and his Skype name "Mourad" does sound Dutch.
"Mourad" isn't a typical Dutch name, but it is a name you'd hear more in The Netherlands.
Skype "mouradftw" also proves he is from North-Holland and as "Marokkaan" is actually a Dutch word it could be him.
