Obby or Mauler?

Since I dont own a computer I dont play much at all anymore, I played a little over the weekend and made a pure which I botted on (first time botting). The file now has
5 Att
30+ Strength
1 Def
1 Prayer
23 Hits
Undisclosed Mining Level

From here should I stay 5 att and hope it becomes an obby mauler, or level it up and become a granite mauler? And what quest should I do along the way? (Not for stats but for pking stuff)
