Obby mauler for new pking?

Do you think if i made an obby mauler with around 70 str and i went pking i would make money or would i not get anything because of the people at my cb lvl? Would it be more profitable to make an initiate pure?

make a 20 defense obby mauler if your going for a tank, after 70 str get 35 defense.
after 85 str get 45 defense.
Then get 70 range.
then go for 99 str, 65 defense, 77 range.

 

Not going for any def.
