Obama wins reelection!

I'm concerned with out future. obama is going to spend spend spend just like he did last term. I am looking forward to 2016 in hopes of seeing us elect a decent candidate. I do not like the fact obama won but romney was not the right choice either.

Obama was not and is not a big spender. That is a myth and it is wrong. Bush is a big spender. Reagan is a big spending. Bush Senior is a big spender. Why do you think Clinton came in with a massive deficit and left with a surplus? Why do you think Bush came in with a surplus and left with a massive deficit? Obama has already greatly reduced the deficit that Bush left him with which Romney would have turned around with his budget plan, which would have added 5-to-10 trillion to the debt over 10 years.

 

I'm so glad Obama was re-elected. I stayed up watching CNN, and when Obama got California's 55 electoral votes I was happy but my dad put a hole in the wall. Then, when he won, my dad said I was grounded.

I'm looking forward to the next 4 years. I don't agree with many parts of Obamacare, but we'll see where it takes off. The guy is amazing at giving speeches though.

 

Romney was a flip flopping liar with no plan but to make the rich richer and to stop abortion and gay marriage. He was a fucking idiot.

They had programmes on TV about the US elections and they were advertising them all time. I'm just glad UK televisions are no longer going to be filled with US election nonsense.

 

If Romney really wanted the best for America, he should have told all of his supporters to vote for Obama. I believe we'll see a lot more action this term.

 

Yay. More debt, no ceiling on spending, more debt, economy is going to fix its self due to time and not Obama, we have a president that let US civilians and ambassadors in Libya be murdered by Al-Qaeda without sending support.
Oh, almost forgot, higher taxes! Because we can't forgot to support those that don't want to work and punish those that do by taxing them a higher %.

It's horrible Obama won. The CBO has announced that we will go into a "super recession" due to Obama's lack of a budget in his first term (http://thehill.com/blogs/on-the-mon...ion-if-congress-fails-to-act-on-fiscal-cliff). Also I am afraid of how Obama will raise the debt even more. Obama raised the debt more than Bush did in his four years than Bush in eight (http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-503544_...-increased-more-under-obama-than-under-bush/). Plus the unemployment rate scares me since I am going to be old enough to need a real job (http://data.bls.gov/timeseries/LNS14000000).

And who isn't afraid of a nuclear Iran? Well I am afraid of how Obama doesn't care about a nuclear Iran and is just letting them get nuclear bombs. I didn't know we were supposed to leave our allies when they need us (http://www.usnews.com/news/articles/2012/04/06/three-reasons-mr-obama-isnt-going-to-jerusalem).

I think Romney wasn't good, but he wasn't Obama. Chris Christie would have been a great President. Hopefully in 2016.

 

Romney's budget would have added 5-10 trillion to our debt over 10 years. If you ignore his awful budget he still said it would take him 8-10 years to balance the budget. Obama hasn't even had a full 4 yet.

If the Republican's would stop stopping every jobs bill proposed then we could get moving somewhere. It isn't Obama's fault the GOP controlled house refuses to act. He is doing what he can by executive order which isn't much. He also already cut taxes which is the entire GOP platform. That hasn't worked. Time to more on to infrastructure spending which has been shown to work (FDR anyone?).

There were many embassy attacks and deaths under Bush. Obama didn't let them die. Fox News cites an unidentified source and other news outlets have been slowly saying that Fox News is completely wrong. We can't know because its all classified so just shut up about it. We've killed thousands upon thousands upon thousands of innocent civilians in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. Iraq was a pointless war. Hold Bush and his team (Romney had many of the exact same advisers) accountable for all of those deaths.

Higher taxes on the wealthy because they can A) afford to pay B) are able to avoid taxes more effectively C) it allows us to keep the poor from being impoverished and allow for them to have a way to the middle class which helps the economy much more than rich people hoarding wealth. And yes we support those who don't work. Its called social security retirement benefits they paid into their entire lives for. It's called children's health care coverage. It's called unemployment insurance for those who lose their jobs. It's called food stamps for those who have no where else to turn. This whole lazy people living off welfare is a myth.

I think obama deserved to win, Being the first black president of USA and i think he's good at his job. Go obama!

 

I think Ron Paul had the right idea about government and education, you should take a look.

This is the part that gets at me the most. Before I continue, let me say I'm a fan neither Obama or Bush, but come on. Seems like every time someone has something negative to say against Obama the direct response is, "well, look at what BUSH did!". We're not talking about Bush. Bush is no longer the president. Obama is.

Two wrongs don't make a right, so why would it matter if embassys were attacked under Bush? That has nothing to do with what Obama has done. As far as discrediting Fox news... ironic that the only popular station that's pushing a conservative agenda is now trying to be discredited by liberal stations, isn't it?

If we can't know, how can you state Obama didn't let them die, let alone the fact that the other news stations are right? There are countless news articles and reports arguing right along with Fox, and it's more than obvious that his story has flip flopped. So don't tell people to "shut up" about something that they care about just because you don't feel the same.

I don't remember what Ron Paul's solution was, only that it rung with socialism, but I remember that I was deeply enthralled with his solutions. It seemed they were all unique, to the point, self sacrificing even as far as bloated wages for the 1%. It's too bad he didn't make it far in his campaign this year. Hopefully he tries again in 4 years.

I'm going to have to look him up again, like I said I forgot most of his ideals and solutions.
