    Recovery of my Account Created on 7/9/07
    I'm trying to recover my Sythe account that I created a long time ago on July 9, 2007.

    Here is the screenshot of the original account creation e-mail, sent to [redacted] The ISP at the time should have been Optimum Online or Verizon, located in the New York region.

    The user ID I picked was Charizard. However, it seems that user ID has been assigned to another player due to my inactivity on that account. I am fine with that. I just want to be able to use my old account, with my old member date.

    Here is a screenshot of another e-mail pertaining to that account, when I forgot my login and did a password recovery.

    I am unable to recover the password via my e-mail address as it tells me: The requested member cannot be found.

    I am absolutely certain I created this Sythe account with this e-mail address. Either the account has been rendered inactive and cannot be recovered conventionally or its email has been changed to my other one, [redacted].

    Please help me recover my account. Any help is appreciated.

    After doing some research it seems your account was removed from the website a very long time ago.

    Yeah I had a chat with Shin and seems like we will never have an idea what went wrong. I'm assuming this means the user will have to use a new account?

    Indeed - there's nothing that can be done to get him the name or the join date, we can't even find an IP match to confirm the join date.

    Also - what was the reason for deletion, do you know?

    0 idea at all. I think the account entered a black hole!

    I spoke with Shin about it for a good 20 minutes and there just wasn't anything to look into to be able to figure out what went wrong.
