Shot in the dark, forgot the pass to my old phone and can't access my account. Hoping IP and skype records would be enough, as I'm not sure I ever linked my phone.

• The correct registered email address: Original email address I had on the account was [redacted], but no longer have access. If thats not the current email it would be [redacted], I have an email from n4no in 2016 helping me recover this same account but not sure if I ever changed the email to it.
  
• Previous ISP/Log in locations: ISP has always been [redacted]and all logins would be from [redacted]
  
• Any other information that can prove you're the true owner of the account: Started using sythe in 2005 for the runescape markets, and was never truly active just used for purchasing/selling when needed. This info probably is too generic and public to confirm myself though. \

Unfortunately that is not enough for me to remove your 2FA. Should you have more proof, please post them. Looking at the IPs of the account, it seems it was accessed through a school. Do you perhaps have a school ID to prove your identity?

I've disabled 2fa on your account. Be sure to re-enable 2fa on your account and keep the long code somewhere safe in case you find yourself locked out again - you can use this code once as a 2fa code entry so that you can log in and manually disable it yourself.
