First off, mass creating threads won't help. Secondly, you'll need to refund woo before the voting process begins.

You'll owe him a refund for the account price. And you say an account logged into the account? The account was recovered to your email, did you recover it?

 

I will refund him 450m is what was payed. But will be a few weeks as I dont get payed till the end of the month.

 

But he did not fully pay for the account.

You'll need to refund whatever amount he has paid you so far for the account.
