    Hey i am sorry to make it public but i tried to contact with dunworry about it

    Whats the issue ?

    In my terms with my agents are if they do everything right like our processing procedure i cover them everything but if they get anything fail or don't do anything they have to pay the whole amount which comes to here now i've lost around 1500$ combined just because of my agents in chargeback since they took a fake id one of them is factory new and here are the proofs :

    So basicly because of factory new taking a fake id on those orders i've lost more than 500$ i think this has to done fairly i don't know what we can do but he needed to take a valid id rather than fake i can show the further proof if necessary sorry for bringing this public but dunworry didn't message me :/

    That's the risk of running a business. You can't blame your worker for accepting a fake ID unless you have a strict procedure on how to distinct real from fake ones, the worker failed to follow that procedure and it's included in your agreement with the worker.

    We have a stric procedure and everythings automated in ddis system what he needs to make is to make him sure he collects real things i have already paid my cut that i lost but the others who also fallen to this has to pay his own he is not the only one that got the chargeback on the order its not that easy to do "the worker failed to follow procedure" it is his job to do it that is why i paid him for.If he takes fake receipt fake id or no phone calls i told them many times on our group conversation they are liable of this and every of my agent knows just what they needed to do is make sure they are all legit documents and if the worker is failed it i don't need to pay for his fault which is over 500$

    @Cas can confirm the lost amount but ddis isn't involved in workers train them or doing anything to them.

    Again, your worker will only be held liable if he explicitly agrees to said terms. If that's the case then post proof of it. Without this being included in your agreement with the worker, you are responsible because you are the business owner.

    Ddis isn't responsible either unless stated otherwise in a legal document which I highly doubt. I will wait for input from Cas because Dave tagged him.

    It is in every business even on bogla kaii or so the workers must take valid id not fake ones they need to check ip if its legit or not they need to check if the receipt is legit or not they need to make phone call if requires that can't be really questioned in my opinion getting a fake i.d how can it be my fault that i need to pay ?Please look that in my side if you were a goldshop owner and your agents aint looking into id's receipts or anything required if its legit or not so that is their problem i don't see a necessarity that i need to pay for it.And i do already informed my workers before about this if they do everthing correctly i cover them %100 since ddis system covers me aswell but if they don't i don't aswell since ddis cuts it from me.

    If that's what you want workers to do and if you want workers to be held liable in case they don't follow the procedure then you must include that in the agreement between you and your worker. It's your business.

    Train your workers, fix your procedures and the contract with your worker. I'll leave it at that.

    DDIS covers all chargebacks if the contract is followed to the letter.
    The contract wasn't followed by the letter, so the chargebacks aren't covered by DDIS this time.

    I'm not sure what sort of agreement Mushy has with his worker, and I'm not responsible for the deals and contracts he has with his workers.
    As far as DDIS is concerned, the chargeback is on Mushy to cover, if Mushy has strict rules with his worker, that's outside the DDIS contract and therefore not our responsibility :(
