How they scammed: We agreed some skills and questing, 90m, 4-6 days,

He was quick at first for the first day the started to slow down. i messaged him when i noticed and he ignored me, after the 6th day i posted on sythe as i couldnt get a response and he still hadnt done 1 quest, but he was still posting on peoples threads looking for business, so i posted a few times and of course this got a response, he then agreed to finish my order in a extra 2-3 days.

Same again, he went on for a few hours after we spoke, then hasnt been on in 48 hours, still no quests done and ignoring all messages


After the initial 6 days i did get somone briefly on my account to do Infernal ( wich i got scammed with also ) But this was after him ignoring me and i assumed he wasnt finishing my order. ( this is where he says i violated his tos)

EDIT: Hes contacted me again saying he will finish within 12 hours. Giving him the chance to finish

 

Before answering this I was talking to him by pm. We reached an agreement.

But just let me answer: He in at a time of the service changed the pass, because they had hacked, just gave me the pass and continue the service (from that moment I gave him timeframe 3 days.)

The next day, I had already completed all the skills, I just missed a couple of quest. And then, he writes to me that someone is doing a infiernal cape in the acc, and he told me not to login.

I let him know that I was breaking my TOS, but that the service would continue. That when finishing his infernal cape, he will change the pass ...

The result of his infernal cape, he was a scammer. He informed me, but I never changed the pass. Would someone in their right mind continue with the order without being given a new pass?

 

Anyway, I just wanted to report what happened.

We already have a deal and we will continue with the service.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused, this should never be a report.

So, now it seems i didnt pay for him to complete the DS2 Prequests, from my understanding i was paying 90m for him to do all skills/quests neccessary to finish mm2 and ds2. you can clearly see throughout our conversation ive told him i have 181 quest points, and wich quests are missing. in his price he says missing qp and its at 10m.

He wont finish my order untill i delete this thread wich is blackmail really and very unprofessional, hes let me down again. So heres a recap of everything from my understanding:

We agree MM2/DS2/Skills and quests required to complete - 90M 4-6 Days

Days 1-2: Fine, does some skills
Day 3: Nothing, my email gets hacked and all my rs accounts get the passwords changed ( nothing to do with him just coincidence) So he looses access to the account for an hour.
3-6: Doesnt play at all. so now were past my agreed playtime, hes not replying to my messages.

So i get somone over team viewer to do infernal. As i thought he wasnt finishing my order and had fucked me over.

They never had my password so i didnt need to change it the account was secure.

Now he finally gets back to me after i post on sythe, asking me to remove my posts as its bad for his business. We agree another 2-3 days for him to complete.

Day 7: he finishes some more skills. Still 181 QP
Day 7-9: again, does nothing

So i file my sythe scam report, wich of course gets a response. We agree ill give him another 12 hours, he will complete the order and refund me 20m for inconvinience, again he wants me to delete this post. i refuse to delete it untill services are complete.

He was happy to take my gold when i paid upfront, taken 10 days to not even finish it, people like this shouldnt be offering services. Now from my understanding im owed the money for DS2 20m, the 10m for getting 200 QP, and the 20M we agreed hed refund me. Im not even bothered about the gold i just wanted the service done so i can carry on playing my account. but this guys taking the piss. and even trying to blackmail me to remove my posts.

 

1st I have completed mm2 + subquest + skills (which were not paid)

2nd. he just looking to take advantage of the situation

3rd. I told him that I did not want to do the service anymore if I did not delete the report, and if not, I would give the refund

So I do not see why he is writing. If I have always offered you the refund.

Now I explain:

The pay for the service, I'll start it. As the days go by he tells me that I change the pass because he was hacked. I understand, I do not bother. But I use workers, when changing the pass, my system gets out of control.

Then they spent the days without training, I return home I talk to him. I tell him that the training will start again and I give him a timeframe of 3 days max

The next day (day 1 after our conversation) I let you know that all the skills were performed quickly and immediately.

He writes to me saying that i would not login the acc, since he bought a infiernal cape service and that his acc was being used for it. I let him know that he broke my TOS, but that I would continue with my service after he had just used his acc. But I let you know that I would not be responsible for any repercussion in the acc and I ask for a new pass change.

He writes to me anddid that was swindled. He writes to me so that I continue my service. The acc maintains the same pass.

I stop the service until I get a new pass.

He makes a report. I tell him that I will do the service and I will return 20m.

I just made mm2 (already paid) but also subquest + skills (which were not paid) That I do not care I wanted to finish as quickly as possible.

Then I inform him that the subquest is missing. He tells me to stay with the 20m and do the subquest.

I replied, that I had finished mm2 + subquet + skills. I wrote him eliminat the report, and I continue with the service. Otherwise I would make the refund and everything would end.

 

I also want to say that I have never been rude to him and I have always tried to be polite and kind.

 

If they wish, they can provide me with a btc address, so that they hold the 30m that he requests.

 

So it appears the original timeline of 4-6 days has been delayed due to an unfortunate situation where @Rogath got hacked. @RUNGOLD Even though he got hacked, he did a pretty good job of contacting and informing you as soon as possible so delaying the service solely based on that situation isn't exactly a good reason. @Rogath On your side, you were pretty quick on hiring this infernal service as soon as the new established timeline expired so I can understand where @RUNGOLD is coming from when you broke his TOS. You should've consulted with @RUNGOLD at first so you could both be on the same page. In the end, there were distractions on both side.

Alright so here's the ruling:

@RUNGOLD Please carry on with the original order as seen here Imgur as @Rogath said multiple times he would like those quests/levels on his account so he can play again. To answer the latest concerns, you quoted him on DS2 regarding the missing quest points, please complete this one as well. Let's consider this as an ultimatum to finalize the order, please come to an agreement both of you on a reasonable amount of time. If you can't, staff will make one. @RUNGOLD If your customer wants to end the service, please refund him accordingly based on what was left and what you've completed.

@RUNGOLD Be careful when it comes to blackmail. Given what has been mentionned above, your customer is in the right to make a report and this should not affect the continuation of the order.

 

I wrote him I think he prefers the refund. (I'm not sure)
I'll wait for him's response.

And I want to say never threaten him. I was just tired of dealing with him.

When I came back I wrote to him but there were no answers.
