Not sure y

My username is Marine Clark, dunno y i got banned just logged in and it said infraction build up when i had 50 post and i didnt really know better i got reported on the same thread 4 times in a row, and i was chilling out until i tried to login in a moment away turns out im temp banned would a mod tell me what my last (5th) infraction was. I thought i was doing good and just being chill until they all got lifted in a couple of weeks so i could relax cause i was constantly worrying about getting a 5th infraction, but it turns out somehow i did would someone please tell me what my 5th infraction is? i cant dispute because i dont know what it is...
