Not sure why I was given a DNT

Today I was given a DNT. My profile: Zaraa

I wasn't given a reason as to why this was given, which I think is unfair. However, based upon this thread (Zaraa) I'm being accused of being a ban evader, and tied to someone called "Sammy97".

This is absolutely shocking because I've never known this person at all. Looking at her page, it looks like she was also selling Runescape 3 bossing services. But apart from the fact that she is female and offering *somewhat* similar services as me, there is nothing else in common? This is literally the same as banning someone for selling fire capes because someone is selling fire capes as well? That doesn't make any sense to me.

How do I get this DNT removed? It is 100% not warranted. I have already donated to Sythe and already intend to donate more, as my business progresses. I intend to keep my business going for as long as possible
