Not sure about my infraction(s)

I was dealing with user donthackme a few days ago regarding the sale of a WoW US Account, the title was something around the lines of "Supergeared Paladin". Anyways, I posted on the thread my MSN and that I would like to bid. Literally, two minutes later I got an add from a different e-mail than the one that was on his sig, however they mentioned Sythe and the account so I simply figured this was him or that he had two e-mails, whatever.

This e-mail that added me was [email protected]. I asked the person for an anonymous mywowarmory link, which is standard in most if not all trades/sales, when he refused to give it to me, he logged out a few minutes after. Immediately, I posted a message on the thread to watch out for this person as they seem fishy and possibly out to scam.

My slip up is that I not only posted a part of an msn convo (which I afterwards found out is against the rules/not accepted as a form of proof) but I could not prove that donthackme was [email protected] ...I've already apologized to donthackme on the thread of his account and I would appreciate that these two infractions be removed since it's only silly error and very bad luck on my part. You have to admit, if two minutes after you post on the thread and someone adds you to talk about the sale, would you not think it is them? I know the msn's did not match but like I said I assumed it was him. It obviously wasn't in the end.

 

One was warranted, but the second being in the same thread for a post made before the first infraction is not.
