Not recieving new email

I have been going back and forth with Dave for a while now but never managed to get access to one of my accounts. Today I finally managed to recieve a recovery email from Sythe for the account 'Analogue' http://www.sythe.org/members/246712-analogue.html but now I'm not recieving the new password email

If someone could just help me out and get this all over with, that'd be great.
@Dave; I can forward you/send you a screenshot of the recovery email to verify that I did actually get it.
