Banned?

My Sythe account Vivarin got banned for Ban Evasion?
This doesn't make any sense what so ever. All the proof/evidence reported in the ban evasion thread have no direct ties to me. Yousuckv2 said that the IP that got resolved from VanillaCoke "Matches" the location of a Skype resolve that was made on my Skype Account, yet after further investigation on the account VanillaCoke I can determine the Skype can not be resolved. So I asked my self how can you get VanillaCoke's skype IP if it cannot resolved? This doesn't make any sense. I preformed a user IP audit on VanillaCoke's Sythe account and the ending IPs are .89 and .37? These two don't match the IP Time To Buy "Resolved" that matches the IP on my skype which is 66.87.127.64
Anyways the 2nd IP resolved on my Skype is 66.87.127.64 which is a LTE network that can be accessed by many people so their is no incriminating evidence against me. The whole ban is unfair and based on assumption due to me being new to sythe.
