Well I guess it's about time

So before I go into anything at all, I just want to say no guys this isn't the end I assure you.

With that being said, those of you in the UK know how shit the current state of the country is and the NHS, and with that I went to the hospital Wednesday to find out some amazing news...

As everyone I speak to personally on discord keeps asking how i'm doing, how are things these days and how is my health getting along I may as well tell the world. For those of you who don't follow what's been going on with me the last nearly 3 years, I have a blood condition of which blood clots (DVT's) keep appearing in both my legs, currently to the stage of 5 of them so far.

The hospital gave me tablets to take that help shrink/deal with the clots and it started with 6 months of 5mg rivaoxiban tablets twice a day, which then after moved to twice a day of 10mg which at the end of the year cycle they decided it was about time I came off as it had passed and less than a month later, my second one appeared.

So they decided it would be best that I go back on tablets for "lifetime" which until now I have been taking 20mg tablets (their strongest to my knowing) from that point on once per day because if I was to take anything more/stronger I could bleed out and ultimately die from blood loss.

Every day from that day has been painful, I cannot take all your regular pain killers you use for odd aches/pains/headaches and so on, because they have to be anti-flamitary or again, I can bleed out at any point even if I take the odd tablet here and there.

With all this in mind, over the case of the last few months, I have found it much harder to get around places ultimately making it to the point of barely being able to travel/leave the house apart from going to the store quickly or dropping my children at school which even then is a 10-15 minute walk and not even half way there I have to stop and am in stabbing like pain that I cant explain fully.

This has been my life for the last near 3 years, and Wednesday when I was at the hospital, the consultant basically told me he feels it could be time that next year when I get my next review to maybe stop taking the tablets again, which as shown via history of that I get much worse.

if this is the case, it's very possible coming next Christmas (Christmas 2020) I will be most likely dead, or at least close to be. I am writing this just as a reminder to let you know that despite having bad days where you don't want to get out of bed, or maybe your parents are giving you the odd bit of rough time because you're being a pain in the ass, it's truly not all that bad and still now today I joke about my condition and the fact of the seriousness of it as I don't want to worry or be afraid.

So this year I am most likely going to not be engaging with the community much, I will try to yes and as much as I feel I can give (I was even planning to sponsor a CDT event ) I do not want to be one of those people who spam threads and talks to every little bit of air that goes past my face.

I know I have a tenancy to comment on banned scammers profiles making fun of them, but I do feel maybe I am going to step away from that too as I am wasting enough time doing other things.

For those of you who know me well and see my work and what I like to do, that's right you guessed it it's the market section, I have met many many many many amazing people and even the annoying shit people, I adore you too. I would like to say I am going to be here in just over a year, but if I am not let this as I say be a reminder who who I am and what I stand for, I hope you all enjoy your day/week/year/whatever else and accomplish all that you can and more.

I am going to continue my fun exciting stuff doing services for people and advertising my projects to give you all the best we can when we can.

Thank you for sharing. I'm not gonna tell you all the things you already know, so I'll just keep it at that. It's always good to prioritize real life more than the internet of course. I agree fully, i'm completely fine with whatever happens to be fair.

I'm very open to any further information the hospital decide to give me, the same with any tests they feel may be warranted to find a better idea of what can happen, as of right now this is just their natural response I guess, who knows xD

Erm, I have many friends who do weed @bababablacksheep , I tried it years ago and isn't really my thing if i'm honest. I was one of them "teens who think they are bad" and went through the whole phase. I'm 29 btw lol, I know old man!

@IGotOwned life is full of problems bro I know that don't worry ;p I will continue to thrive no matter the outcome if i'm honest, as it was just more amusing to me than anything, like not to be horrible or rude when I say this when I got tested on my first one I got a phonecall from the hospital "we need you to get here quick, it's bad..." I was like cant you tell me on the phone? Which they wouldn't, so I naturally assumed I had a cancer cell or something come aboard. Got back to the hospital within 5 minutes literally, and he tells me it's a blood clot that's travelling and where it came from and that I need to take these injections both sides of my stomach to make sure it doesn't continue, I was like "why not just cut my leg off? As i'll end up with more if we don't know what's causing it" at least when you cut the head off the snake, it cant continue to grow right?

What do you know, they said no lol. Apparently that's last case scenario which isn't the case if what my consultant is saying is true, which would mean all together they failed the whole objective to begin with - But hey, I don't mind as either way worse come to worse it was a good run and I have served my purpose to say the least, I love being around my wife/kids each day as I know there are many parents out there that do not always get to do the same ;p

 

Yeah man fair one i'm 25 and smoked weed for at least 6 years straight but i do know a lot of people who have beat cancer with weed, i'm not saying it will solve problems and each to their own if its not your thing its definitely not worth doing, but i just thought with your pain it might help you.

 

Yeah the problem is the pain I receive usually is from not enough blood getting through apparently. The consultant that checked me over and felt my right leg, told me that my leg is having blood go down but not up due to the clots covering most of it so only little squirts are coming out >.<

Nope, I’m 6’1 roughly and about 220, nothing to do with my weight height diet or so, I’m fairly active still regardless of the issue and they have said I can’t be as active as I am either lol...

I have a current issue with my ankle which i hope gets sorted because i walk down the street sometimes and just fall on it, ruptured the atfl and ptfl in my ankle so there currently recommending steriod treatment #Confused because that doesnt fix the problem

 

Yeah exactly, they told me it was a sprain to begin with which it wasn’t, then I’ve been cautious since. Even when it first happened I dropped 2.5 stone (not sure how much that is in lb) because I simply couldn’t keep food or drink down >.<, Imgur some recent if that helps explain my size, I’m not big and not small just average and trying to maintain

 

to be fair your not overweight at all im probably bigger in size. Yeah i get that as im from uk to so thats just standard measurements, is there any background of similar things in the family im just confused how it all began?

 

So far we have had a few family members, my grand father in my mother’s side who has also had like hip replacements etc on top, my dads uncle who had one around his brain and my brother who had one in his ass (but he is majorly over weight) so I don’t really get it too much myself, could be genetic although at the moment they are saying it isn’t - trying to get hold of this other hospital to get a second opinion/better tests is seemingly endless >.<

 

there will be a specific gene or specific gene deficiency if its passed down and they can definitely test for certain things as my wife's family has a certain thing to do with pollip's growing inside, however she got gene tested to see if she was a carrier, maybe its not been researched to find the specific gene that it is yet, thankfully she doesnt have it.

Only time will tell buddy only time will tell, we was waiting a year for the second hospital to get in touch and obviously since has been getting worse slowly but surely by the day. Keep having to bang on to them as much as possible which isn’t fair if you ask me but it’s life in the UK I guess haha

 

Damn bro I never knew.. if I can give you any advice I would highly suggest contacting international doctors.

I was told I have a permanent form of stress-eczema and that there was no way to help it. Basically I was running around with a dry face all the time, but it was pretty bad. My girlfriend contacted some chinese herb specialists and they sent me a tube with some cream. Never had an issue since.
I know it doesn’t compare but what I’m trying to say is that other countries may be more progressed on that particular aspect. Nothing to lose, just look around brother.

Yeah we are going to be waiting for better specialists to give me a spot in another bigger hospital hopefully, and if that goes well we should be able to find a way to stop - If not then worse is worse xD
