    My previous ISP was Sky, due to issues with my net I changed to TalkTalk, then upgraded that to fiber.

    Also I posted here a while ago http://www.sythe.org/13249856-post527.html

    I can prove that's me via skype or something as well.

    Sadly i'm unable to just post from an old ISP which I no longer have.

    Surely all the info + being able to prove that the same person posting pics of himself 2 years ago is still ME is enough?

    Add another staff member on skype and have them confirm via that photo, then post a new dispute and have them confirm it's you and w'ell get your new email on the acc
