Not EVERYONE is a cheater...(on cs)

Well I'll admit, I was banned from secure servers due to hacking. That was a more 'immature me.' Now being banned, I have not used cheats ONCE in Counter-Strike 1.6 . But since the ban of thousands of steam accounts, everyone on secure servers labels you as a 'cheater.' Sure, some of them were at one time, but a lot of them stopped. But of course there are those handful, that continuted to ruin the game. (Once I was banned I finally realized how lame cheating actually was.), so I stopped forever.

But anyway, two days ago I was playing (on a non-secure server of course), and it was one of the 'aim_ak' maps or whatever, where you both spawn on one side and you have lots M4's and Ak's to pick up. There are also lots of boxes to hide behind (this is important for later.) So I am playing, doing pretty good, and there is an admin playing along with us. Well one round it get's down to me and my buddy, verse the admin on the other team. Him, quickly realizing he's the only one left, jumps behind a box. I see him jump behind the box, he thinks hes safe, but you can shoot through the boxes. So I quickly unload on the box where I "think" he is. The server has a mod to show when you hit someone and how much damage you do. I take a first shot at the box and hit! I quickly shoot a couple more shots at that spot and kill him. Him being the 'all mighty admin' declares I am a cheater immediately without even spectating me.

Most admins just give a simple kick and ban to the players that are "accussed" of cheating. Yet he had NO evidence what-so-ever. But him being a power abusing admin, decides to use a command on the server which totally fucks up my steam settings. It reconfigured all my buttons, settings, and game in general. It made it so everytime i tried to move forward or backward, it killed me automatically. It changed my look sensitivity to "1000", fucked with my gamma and lighting settings, and made it so every game I played, lag like a bitch (which I still can't figure out how to fix.)

See, I am not mad about the settings being changed. I am pissed that this admin thought he had to right to fuck with me and my stuff, when he had no evidence to declare me a cheater. Not everyone is a cheater!

Discuss... Have you ever been falsely banned? Do you think what this admin did was right?

No, Its not right what he did but unless your computer and steam savvy your going to have to deal with it and re-install your shit. Just dont play on that server. Ive been unfairly unbanned. I downloaded Source hacks and I used them in a lan game by myself to fuck a mass amount of bots up and I take myself online and dont even remotely have that hacks on, I get a really nice killing spree going and the admin scans me. I dont have them hidden anywhere special just on the desktop and then he finds it. I sleep and wakeup ready to play my teammates today in a clan match finding out I got banned right after school. Doesn't that suck some big donkey slong?

I would, but every time I take a step forward it kills my character and crashes counter strike. Think before speaking ass wipe.

 

Some people that seem like cheaters sometimes aren't.
I visited my friend and he played some cs.. Should have seen it! His hand was damn fast and he did headshots all the time.
If i would be in perspective of the victim i would definitely thought he would have been hacking.

Ive been banned from a Server, for getting 11 headshots in a row, with a scout, tbh i live scouts, all i do is headshot = 1 hit kill.

 

Hmm.. i did not know that... But it's been such a long time, I have no idea what his name or steam ID is. But thanks for the suggestion.

 

That admin is a pure ass, apparently you need to get this problem fix (Which means report it to steam) and let them fix this, if they dont, then idk what you can do.

 

I hate when admins think just because you can kill them, your hacking. I just got perm banned from a server for getting a headshot. Eithor way, hackers ruined the game for us legits.

Yes, I did. Now I'll be nice to you since your obviously slow in the head. I didn't just get banned, he screwed up the CS settings as well, so it effects EVERY server I go to, not just the one I got banned from.

 

well it his server and it may be f-ed up but for the same reason why I used to hack was because its just fun and hilarious to piss people off, probably the only reason why i play now to piss people off too much fun. And for your problem you should make your thing that defines what key does what in your c-strike folder "read-only" so people like me wont eff you up. If all else fails reinstall

 

If he's the server admin, he can ban you for what he wants, although what he did was a bit stupid. What's really lame is that he messed up your settings, if he wanted you gone he could've just kicked you.

 

That sucks dude but yeah im playing cs and i get pissed off when a guy goes around with the USP headshotting everyone on my team I call him hacker and stuff but I know theyre not it's just the heat of the moment But that admin sucks probably a sore loser
