Not even sure why I'm banned

I have received 5 infractions, one of which is expired and another expires tomorrow. I can't even check what the last infraction was for because it won't let me log in far enough to check. It would probably make the process a bit easier on me if I could see the infraction to dispute it, so could a mod please point out why I was infracted the last time which got me banned so I can try to get it reversed?

 

Your last infraction was from TR1BAL and it was for backseat modding, because you said, "This is the wrong forum. Needs to be moved to *Whatever*", or something. Now, I don't really agree with you being infracted on this, but it's hard to say that you don't deserve it at all. I want to see other mods opinions on this.

My bad then, but as far as i knew it's always been considered spam to tell someone to move their thread rather than report it?

 

Infracting it as spam is a way to circumvent the fact that backseat modding is no longer against the rules, and the infraction removed. Please reverse that infraction and unban him.
