User added me asked for swap for a maxed main - Looked like a good deal
so i was obviously cautious, as soon as i refused to hand him the email
first because he is a newcomer with no vouches, he instantly blocked me,
This is not a scam report just that the guy is acting suspicious,

Thanks for the report. But this is not enough evidence to issue a TWC. If you are uncomfortable trading someone without a MM simply do not trade them.
