Not a scam report

Basically, @spacegems bought stolen gold. I notified him within a couple of days (I was out of town, wasn't aware right away of my account being compromised).

He suggested he would contact his bank about reversing the UKBT, weeks later he has done nothing - he says he's on vacation, yet he posted "online" on his gold selling thread every day.

Under common law, a purchaser of stolen goods is responsible to return the stolen goods - does this apply here?

Explanation of the trade: Spacegems bought stolen gold (I bought the account 1-2 years ago, owner recoverd and immediately sold the bank)
How they scammed: I made Spacegems aware that the gold was mine, filed a report against @Bizzarely, spacegems said he would attempt to recover the money and never did.

Hi there I approved Spacegems request to try and recover the funds for you but recovering funds through bank reversal is not a simple or quick process and can take some time if it can even be done at all. In some cases it cannot be done.

Please give him some time and keep in mind he is attempting to recover the funds for your sake.
