Normalcy and mc a bh pur3 possibly same person?

I have quoted here a post which I saw on the front page of mc a bh pur3's thread. I tried before and you guys didnt want to listen for my reason of requesting a TWC/ban for him. That thread is here http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=790162 As you see,proof was here http://sythe.org/showpost.php?p=6154783&postcount=173 , yet thread was closed because I said I was accusing.

http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=766537&page=11 is the thread, http://sythe.org/showpost.php?p=6186005&postcount=202 is the exact post where I quote what he says. Obviously it has been edited now. Im requesting an ip check on both of them , as I dont see the reason why mc a bh pure3 would write normalcy instead of his own name in his post.

You let the guy scam before, please dont just say this is accusations this time, as at least 75$+ were scammed.
