Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I was doing a Java project back in 2020 a runescape ban appealer, i was not able to finish it on time so i sent a program that acted like it worked but actually didn't, i was in a tight spot financially but at the end i paid him back fully and were in good terms, it has been 2 years and i have learned that my actions were not good and there is no excuse, i feel guilty and regret my actions, i can assure you it wont happen again.
