Report/post/reason that got you banned: I scammed around $30 worth of Gp
Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: The user hasn't logged into sythe in more than a year. He has no Skype attached or form of communication.

I am also Arthas, a user I made around 1 month ago which was able to collect around 8 vouches and was a donator. I was eventually caught and got banned for that.
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Back when I made the account Noob I was 15 years old, my only plan originally was to simply just buy runescape gp when I needed and gather vouches along the way. I began to like the website more and more and started to get more involved with the community, especially in the spam forum. I remember that I used to gamble constantly in runescape when the flower game was popular and I eventually got cleaned off my bank. I felt so bad that my only reaction was to try to get my money back. I checked the market forum and saw that the user umadbro24 was selling 100M gp. I convinced him to go first to me and after a lot of thinking about it I just hit the trigger and scammed him. I erased him off skype and I knew that was the end for me on Sythe. At the time it seemed like the right decision but now I deeply regret it. It was not worth it to steal that money and now I am more than willing to pay it back if the user ever reports himself. I am 18 years old now and I know what it feels to get scammed or screwed. I know I shouldn't had scammed.
After taking a 2 years break off Sythe, roughly 1 month ago, I tried to log into my account Noob, to no surprise it was still banned. Here is where I do my second mistake and I make a new Sythe account. At the beginning everything goes well and I do successful trades, and I eventually even donate to the site. Then I find the spam forum once again. I start posting in the spam forum and in no time people make the connection that I am a past ban evader so props for that (user id compare tool). I get banned for ban evading and this is where I really get frustrated because I honestly wanted to start fresh with a legit trading reputation. So please Sythe Staff, would you give me a second chance to integrate into the community?
Like I said above I am more than willing to pay back the money to the user that I scammed if I am able to get in contact with him. He hasn't logged into Sythe for more than a year and he hasn't a skype listed.
I don't even have a problem donating the amount of money to Sythe if that's what would be required from me.

UPDATE: After looking at the victim's old posts I was able to find his Skype. I contacted him on my old Skype which I used to scam him 2 years ago and we were able to work something out. I paid him the $30 worth of gp that I stole from him + I gave him around $5 as an extra payment for my actions. I was lucky he was online at the time.
