Noobmage ban appeal

Hi all, Noobmage here. I'm writing to appeal my scamming ban which I received sometime in the past week.

A couple weeks ago, I purchased an account from str pro xxx, the original owner, which I then re-sold to BartonsVodka. A few days later, BartonsVodka approached me saying he had lost access to the account. Roughly one week ago, I messaged str pro xxx requesting he recover the account. I then did not log on Sythe for several days because I was busy with real-life commitments.

Today, I logged on to find I'd been banned for account scamming. Additionally, str pro xxx had messaged me on Skype saying he hadn't been able to recover the account.

I did not recover the account I sold to BartonsVodka. I've refunded BartonsVodka's payment, and I will expect a refund from str pro xxx if he is unable to recover the account.

I can't recall if str pro xxx's claim he was the original owner was via PM or on his sales thread. I think it was on the sales thread, but I can't find the thread since unregistered users can't search Sythe.

 

He hasn't PM'd Dave, please get him to do so or myself ASAP.

I've banned str pro xxx - sufficient proofs in PM's to confirm he is the owner.

To Roary or Dave: As BartonsVodka hasn't replied to my Skype messages requesting he contact you, here's a screenshot confirming I've refunded BartonsVodka's payment for the account: [edit by roary; screenshot shows payment made by bartons being refunded]

I'd appreciate if you edit the screenshot URL out of the publicly viewable post because it contains my Paypal e-mail.
