So, i was copping os-scape bm off of User @Nooblet and he decided to run off with my 5m when i trusted him to go first, i knew it was fishy since his rates are so low but i'm reporting anyways so it don't happen to other people.

Yeah it is closed. You can be unbanned when you have refunded the 5m.
