Ok so the whole thing with wellness is a giant misunderstanding...

You can look at all my posts I do good business with several people here.

I have rented his staked 5 times or so, and his TERMS of SERVICE never stated my brother couldn’t do some stakes on it, my brother said the whip dissolved so I offered to replace it but then he started talking about how I should kill myself and how my kid is a piece of shit and has a failure of a father all over a whip...

so he blocked me and now I can’t pm him on either platform so how can you issue me a twc or dnt when I can’t even get ahold of this asshole I apparently scammed?

this guy literally called my 10 month old son a piece of shit, over $1 osrs gp...

cmon dude I did nothing wrong here.
And I’ll give him the 2m but I can’t even contact him because he threw a tantrum berated me and blocked me.

Letting your brother on the account is a misuse of what you agreed to: You doing some staking, NOT you and some other people doing some staking. Similarly, you could have also used the account to RWT, or bot, or whatever else other than you staking which would still have been misuse of the account. I'm leaving the TWC around for that reason.

Long story short I am relatively new here, I rented an account from Wellness, I did allow my 14 year old brother to do some staking along with the time I had the account, he stated to me later on that the whip dissolved and shortly after Wellness began berating my discord calling me a horrible father, he hopes my child dies, how much of a failure I am as a parent over this apparent scam of his whip ($1)..

I reached out to @Superfluous after the report was made and made things right with Wellness despite his continued harassment and verbal degrading and my DNT was removed but the TWC remains.

I am not a threat in any way to the community or it’s guidelines I have now reviewed and acknowledged.

I have sold an account on here already successfully using a middleman and have sold gold, and purchased training services.

I would appreciate a revision to my TWC as I feel it’s kinda overkill in my situation.

P.S I would appreciate a Mod if the platform let wellness know he can stop talking about my 10 month old son, and degrading me on my public profile posts and other places, very silly over such a small issue.

 

Hi Soft Cheeks. Your TWC is valid. Although you have had legit trades in the past, that does not excuse giving the account info to someone else, whether it was your brother or anyone.

You can appeal your TWC 30 days after receiving it.
