Non original owner

Hey guys, i was wondering whether people even buy accounts that arent owned by the seller? Ive bought an account a few years ago and after buying it i realized im not that invested into 07 anymore (neither was i, ever). Just thought id start playing on a higher lvled account but unfortunately that didnt happen. Now i wanna sell the account but ive only seen people selling accounts that theyre OOs of. Is there a market for non OO accounts? Thanks
