To dispute a DNT you have to request a pardon here.

 

The reason is unfortunately private.

I'd contact a global moderator, @Champ or @Wortel to get the reason for your DNT.

Only you may know the reason at this point as it seems it was done in the staff lounge.

Join the Official Sythe Discord as staff are always available to help you out there. You can message them there.

EDIT: Reason you can't PM is because you have a DNT, and that's a feature of DNT to prevent them from trying to enter the market I believe.

 

No you cannot BUT what you can do is add them on skype/discord.
