NOCAP#5354 discord name

Good evening,
earlier today i was looking online to purchase some roat pkz pkp. NoCap had gotten back to me and we agreed on i would pay first as i didnt have vouch, i paid him and he had blocked me on discord. I heard from a few others that he was banned roughly a week ago, but he was not banned at that point in time.
