A month ago my credit card expired and my account was suspended but when I try to add a new card on the website it just says error and this also happens when I try to add a new credit card on my xbox. I love my gamertag and it has the word "ass" in it so I've been afraid to call up there and possibly have my name banned. Does anybody know if the xbox live billing agent is obligated to report inappropriate gamertags?

I think either way your going to have to contact them as I believe that it's basically you haven't paid for 1 month on XBL so they basically 'lock' your account till it is paid (Don't quote me on this but I think it roughly is). But your going to have to contact them but I wouldn't have thought having "ass" in your GT is that bad.
