No title.. ?

I've quited Runescape a week or so ago. I decided to sell my gold, sold about to 6 users 700M ~ and one charged back $96 total. So yeah I felt kinda fucked up so I decided to sell to someone trusted and have less money but atleast safe money.

I met this guy 'Arcus' he asked me about to purchase some gold. I told him that I had 2B and which I sold to him and he did not pay. I readed all the stickys on how to report a user and I did what it was told. I never readed a thread or any line that I needed (IN-GAME SCREENSHOT). For a fact, I did not even know that it was possible.

Now, I'm getting ignored. Not payed back because I don't have that part, they are even thinking that I staged it? I mean look at the screenshots, I got about 10.. Nothing edited what so ever.

First Firez gave me a little hope 'Screenshots say that it was accepted' and now cfkiffing denies my report and closes it.. I just dropped irl.

I don't know what to say, I have seen SERVERAL reports been ACCEPTED without having IN-TRADE GAME SCREENSHOTS. And mine not. Why do I ask my self and the rest of the community? Is arcus a god or something, seriously? I feel so bad at this moment, I don't know what to say.. Is there like anybody out there which can help me.

I asked for PM. The msn user told me he was hes worker so he could not PM so I thought okay, obv because he couldn't login to arcus's account right? And guess what they tell me now that I need a PM but how can the worker PM me without having acces to arcus' sythe account? This is so messed up..

I don't know what to do guys, this is so unbelieveable I get denied, just like that. Like i'm nothing, like 1000$ is a joke to this website.

His MSN was hacked, it was clearly stated in the announcements.

There was some sort of security issue with Sythe a few days ago, everyone's password was leaked.

This is truely sad. This is arcus's fault that hes workers msn got hacked. How is that even possible? That thread says sythe database got hacked so what does msn have to do with it? I've got enough proof and I am being ignored totaly. Unbelieveable.

 

He probably used the same password on MSN as his Sythe password.

You didn't have proof that you actually accepted the trade, otherwise he would pay you back. You should take a screenshot of the second trade window with the other user accepting, then one seconds later to see the "Accepted trade." message in the chat box.

 

Can you show me a sticky where it clearly says that I need to have that? When you get scammed you read the stickys and do what they tell you. I did, and now I'm getting told that I needed more? That is completely BULLSHIT. Also on the MSN convo it clearly says that he received the GP.

I just want my money period. Cmon Arcus and sythe.. Anybody, don't leave me like this

 

1. If you knew how to take screenshots of msn, you should have known how to take screenshots of a trade in-game, its the same button.

2. We have learned how easy it is to fake trades recently, and now require proof of you giving gold in game. Its not hard to do, hell, even a video would suffice.

3. The person being Arcus' worker and that being an excuse not to get a pm will not work here. If you could not get a PM from the worker, you should have waited to get a PM from Arcus himself when he returned.

Sorry, but there just isn't enough proof for us to be certain.

 

To everything you said right? If you guys learned that it's easy why did u not take the time to MAKE A STICKY ABOUT IT? and WHY did you guys DO accept other scam reports? Like even today and yesterday and the other days without having the trade screenshot and this one not!! what makes him different, for real
