No Sport!!!!

OMG!!!!!!!! i am gonna die, i am not allowed to play for 6-12 months from this stupid torn cartlidge an operation on my hip.

Right after i had the operation on the wrong leg an found out the doctor came in an said "I am sorry but Chris won't be able to play sport for 6-12 months."

I nearly had a heart attack when my mum told me i mean i played sport everyday at school in every lunch break, i am not the kind of person that can live without something i love.

Does this also mean i am going to gain weight? i need some help!!!!!

Slight weight gain is possible, since your activity levels will be lessened, but this can be avoided with diet, and moderate exercise (ask your doctor first).

 

wow my apologies if I got told I couldnt play sport for 6-12 months i'd rpoberly kill myslef, sport is my life.

 

Just do weigts u can still use your arms an stomac muscles.

 

Badluck dude I am kinda sporty I could prob mamnage 6-12 months without sport.

 

Just do it anyway i doubt youll be crawling around in pain for up to a year would you.

You might have a little weight gain but that also depends on ur metabolism. If u can still walk just walk to ur friends places on weekends should be enough. I think its low metabolism that means that u burn fat easer.

 

BIG problem, i live on a farm an i got epilepsy which means i live out of town an epilepsy means not allowed to cross roads cause i might have a fit!

Yes i might start weights to stay fit, i could do stomach crunches an push ups prob chin ups

an touch football is a big NO for now i don't want to risk doing more damage, I've missed out on like 1 year of sport from this injury but it was on an off, but this also means no sport until around sports day next year an i sill wanna fucking win!!!!!!!!!

you shouldn't be doing sport in the first place if you got epilepsy, meh same thing happened to me (or is gonna on november 21) imma having an operation on my lower back and will be out for 7 months.

 

epilepsy doesn't effect my sports lolz iam still faster then everyone in my grade

 

Try and do some simples excersises.

and dont eat alot stay on strict food and dont eat when bored. XD

meh, same thing happened to me when i was in wintergaurd, except i was 13 XD and i was like, yay! an excuse to stay home and watch dragon ball!, and then i wanted to die after about a week v.v gl.

 

iam 13 btw just to let sick slip know even tho she/he (dont know) isn't on here anymore
