uitemarian scammed me didnt give me the account I payed for

Hello,
I have contacted uitemarian on his skype and we had a deal he told me I only accept Western Union, he linked me that hes a secure seller and have sold to many people so when I sent him the money he waited and told make a new email to take the account and all info needed, after he took out the money he blocked me on skype right away and didnt give me anything.

Please take a look at both of those threads, you need pictures and proper proof when creating reports.
