No reset email received

Hello, I'm trying to recover an account that I had forgotten the password to, but when I request a recovery email, it never arrives.

I've tried to receive a password reset email from sythe, but haven't receive any email. I can confirm that this is my account and would like to have it reset.

The email is, as you said, [email protected] so you should get an email when you request a password reset.

Have you tried this? Check Your Email Spam Folder

Can you provide a different email address that is not hotmail? Gmail or yahoo works fine I believe
