I'm very willing to pay back the people my hacker scammed although one member is banned and I'm not sure how to get in contact with the other one since I don't have his skype and I can't PM him.

Do I still have to pay back a banned member?

"Vader.Kush" is his Skype.

Handing this to @Superfluous again, he can decide whether or not you will need to pay back Jimmy, or find another scam victim of the same value to payback. So while waiting, get in touch with Vader.
