No More Pure Skillers????

so I was on runescape the other day and wanted to see if I could create a pure skiller. When I had begun the account they have a mini clip where you have to attack a troll and it raises a level in either strength archery or magic. Does this mean that there can not be anymore pure skillers???

 

You can turn the tutorial off through your Noticeboard.

Nope there are no more besides the ones already made. Jagex made it when you use your combat skills all of them level up, you can't choose one skill you level up in.

 

Constitution and prayer still don't level up combat I believe so you could do that.
