    In a 2014 interview it was stated you could see other players characters here:




    This is not the case as proven by two twitch streamers who came to the same place and were completely unable to see other in game, They even share contact with the SAME NPC.

    Weren't their PSNs offline when they tried to meet up? Cause the devs made it seem like it was a multiplayer game, just extremely hard to find anyone so it'll "feel" like a singleplayer game

    This is what I don't like about the game. I was so hyped for it but then I heard it's not actually multiplayer and now I don't know how to feel.
