No Idea what's going on

First log into my account which is banned for fake vouching.
I see that there is a 14-day or something ban?

Possibly someone has used my IP or RAT'ed me to do some work on my account and any others affiliated with past E-Mail addresses.

At the very least, can someone tell me what happened to my account, why it has TWC, and how I can avoid this from happening? Or even remove it for something I didn't do?

If I need to provide any specific information I am more than willing to do so.
