No--Cigars Ban

Ok well heres the story on how I got banned and why I feel that its unfair.

Alright well a while back, probably around 6-7 months ago, I was banned for making multiple accounts on sythe, but what actually happened was my little brother who plays runescape too wanted his own forum name on sythe so he didnt have to share mine. So he went ahead and made his own, then shortly after this happend I got a banned message everytime I tryed to come back. I dont think I should be getting punished for a little misunderstanding and lose all my posts and site privledges. Anywya up until about 3 days ago, I wasnt able to see anything on the site, and when I tryed to message the administator about it, I didnt get any reply(I dont know if this was due to the email not going through, or him overlooking it). But this is the first time Ive been able to view the forums since so now Im posting my appeal.

*as you can imagine I dont have any proof of my innocence because there is nothing to prove, it was just a misundertanding?*
