Fake Ban?

Hi, I got off work a bit ago and just now got on sythe. I saw my scam report thread. The e-mail that Mr 5k said was mine is not mine. My e-mail isn't that long.

This is not my fault and he shouldn't be the one charging back for the account being banned.

 

Can you prove that the chargeback is by him (linking paypal email of zachary blaine to him mentioning it on skype) and also prove that the account banned in that picture is actually the account that you sold (that mr 5k has supposedly had for over a month now).

Also please post pics of all the convo you had with him for the trade and after plus skype IDs to confirm

This situation is pretty weird. I want you to clarify in layman's terms what you think has occurred here and what you want us to do about it.

It's the duty of the account seller to recover the account for the buyer if it is ever recovered. He contacted you on skype regarding it to which you never even responded. That doesn't exactly scream innocence to the buyer, can you blame him for charging back?

 

In layman's terms:

I sold him the account about a month ago. All was well, I'm enjoying life. I get on Sythe one day after work (just got a new job!) and find out I'm banned. Log out, search out my dispute, see I'm banned without any input from me. I log on Skype (I never get on, I don't use Skype. I use TeamSpeak with all my friends. Skype is the way to go for trades so I use that. Haven't traded since I swapped a bit shortly after the trade.

I check my e-mail, see there is a chargeback, I log on Skype and see the messages he sent me. I come and post here. I haven't communicated with him yet, I'll admit. I'm not even sure what I would say and I don't want to be overly angry about it. All I know, is my Sythe account was banned, I was charged back on, so I said "Okay, he wants to scam, so I'll take the account back". I take it back, see it was banned THAT SAME DAY for account selling. I don't believe I should be held responsible for that, we all know the risks of the game.

I can't say I fully blame him for charging back since he lost his investment, but I can say that it isn't moral given the sale we performed and the fact that I am banned and might potentially be out of $350 because of it.

 

Can you please provide evidence that the manual ban the account received is from trying to sell the account? Please post anything else you think will help your case.

I've requested Mr 5k to provide input also in the mean time.

So I was doing some digging around to see if he was trying to resell the account on another sythe account and i had found this account by then name of threshold saying he had forgot his email login to his MaxingSoon account on here. The other account was named threshold which is his clan name and the email that was said was used looks like the email i saw on the recovery email while trying to log in to the runescape account.

All I'm saying is that email looks quite close to the recoverey email.
If It was truly banned then okay lesson learned.

Also, the e-mail Mr 5k listed is [email protected], and if you count the stars in his pic from my ban thread, it's not the same amount. I don't know what e-mail he put/used/saw.

He has escalated the PayPal dispute to a claim, which means PayPal is 99% likely to give him his money back.
