    Mexican - Anyone from the "nation" of mexico. Nationality-nation. The nation you are born in. Although it may have a strong correlation, there is no relation between your ethnicity (color of your skin) and nationality.

    So basicly if a black guy lived in Mexico, he would be Mexican. Thus I hate him. i hate him not because he is black, but because of the area he resides in.

    I just read what I typed and came to the conclusion that saying you hate Mexicans is NOT racist.
