NiCscape 317 *new* staff open

I just decided to release this server though it's not completely done yet.
Looking for some staff to help me run it while I'm not on also.. probably about 10 people.

NiCscapeServer is a 317 Delta based server edited by NiC
Its a great pking server with skills also and should be able to support 100+ people without lag at all
