Niclax Scammed an Ingame Drop Split

Dusting off my sythe account not for the reasons I would like to (member since 2012, been lurking on an off with the occasional contest and purchase / sell every now and then).

This guy "Niclax" scammed me and my clanmates out of an ely split. I don´t know if this are enought reasons to punish the guy here but at least he deserves a permanent TWC.

First I will establish the link between the sythe account, his discord and his IGN:

Here we can see the moment he joined our server, managed by a guy called Rune Addict (great guy btw but he is clueless on what Sythe is so he can remain ignorant). Notice how he changed his name to TONIC on the discord server (Thats his ingame name btw, its important for later).

Now that I have added this lets go to the issue itself. We were doing corp, we got an Ely, he dipped. Left the discord, cc and blocked us all. Here are the screenshots of him getting the ely from 2 POVs

I have a small clip hanging out at the G.E waiting for him, im sure some of my clanmates are not comfortable of having their IGNS publicly plastered on a site like sythe so if this is required I would like to PM the link of this evidence.
