I see nothing wrong with the infraction. It seems tyr0n3 was trying to pressure the seller into verifying the guide; the decision of whether to verify or not is entirely up to the seller, and should not be forced through recurrent insinuations that it's a scam. Members should let others use their own judgment in the market, unless they have solid proof that the trader should not be trusted; otherwise, it is not fair to the seller, who may indeed be offering a legitimate service.

If the issue is merely Nick's wording, he got the point across: don't post 'scam' in the market without proof.

Since this thread no longer seems to be a discussion about the infraction or Nick, locked.
