I informed Richard of who was involved in the continuous harassment of N4n0 at the time (The pictures, release of private info, etc.)

Others were banned because of being in the chat; which I am sure will be unbanned for they had minor to no roles. It was just a huge mess, but I did what I had to imo. Others would disagree.

+ Association with oogabooga; but I'm sure everything is/will be sorted in a week or less for those I got wrongly banned.
