The only skill's available at the moment(more skills will be available within the next week) for powerleveling are, Woodcutting(p2p), Hunting(p2p), and Theiving(p2p). (considering i use pyramid plunder for theiving, you have to have a theiving level of at least 21 and the "Contact!" quest started)

Until changed, any powerleveling from 1-40 will be completly free of charge!
