I mean he didn't scam, so I would expect him to pass the pardon the first time rather than the second or third. Maybe if he turned himself in which I couldn't imagine someone in that position to do so, then maybe his chances would be higher but still, if we go along with this mentality, then we might as well just not allow users to pardon until 6 months after a specific type of ban

I think you're a guy that fully gets it and understand the situation, it would be nice if you had a say in things regarding this situation.

Edit: Not to say that other mods do not "understand the situation" do not take it in that way, more so that he is more accepting and forgiving in this case.
