LOL..holy fuck is all I have to say would never have imagined, so many "trusted" members recently banned in this past for their shady shit. On the other side, I've dealt several times with probemas and no problems.

100% does not deserve this ban, the amount of mods not supporting is ridiculous. Do you really think that axelus is a thread to the community? Just my opinion anyway, I would like more insight from mods that didnt support honestly.

 

He's not a threat but if he were to get unbanned right now which I think he absolutely shouldn't then it would just show the community that it's okay to ban evade.

 

I mean he didn't scam, so I would expect him to pass the pardon the first time rather than the second or third. Maybe if he turned himself in which I couldn't imagine someone in that position to do so, then maybe his chances would be higher but still, if we go along with this mentality, then we might as well just not allow users to pardon until 6 months after a specific type of ban

 

So you're basically saying its fine for users to ban evade as long as they gain a large amount of trust while doing so?

 

The pardon system became a thing to repay those who were scammed and to let back those in the community who weren't a threat. He didn't scam, nor is he a threat. The system has never been objective unfortunately

 

Again, with that logic, no one who ban evaded should pardon subsequently after they are banned if that's good enough a reason to keep them out regardless of the principles of the system and weighing the actions they committed.
