psycho sales requesting a pardon for ban evasion

    Your profile link: http://www.sythe.org/members/397413-psycho-sales.html
Report/post/reason that got you banned: ban evasion
Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I would love to pay back every person that I scammed, but it has been years since I did what I did. If anyone can provide any information on the victims that were scammed, I would be more than willing to pay those people back.
Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Everything I have to confess to is already known, and I would just like to apologize.
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I will post below.
Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: Yes, I have.

I am going to type this out from start to end of everything that has taken place since the day I joined Sythe.

As everyone may or may not know, this was my previous account:
    http://www.sythe.org/members/369108-themission2012.html

However, my better known account that I was ban evading is:
    http://www.sythe.org/members/371816-rswealth.html

I had no intentions on using themission2012 to vade or anything. I was actually notified by Josh0Is0Here that the I.P. was linked to themission2012. I told him I did not recall making the account, but to find out I was actually able to log-in, as I use the same password for everything. I told him I was able to log-in and the account is now banned.

Let's begin. I joined on RSWealth (03-01-2013) with the intentions of selling my gold that I was making from staking, on RuneScape. I was also looking to start my own gold shop, and possibly become a big time seller. I accumulated roughly 30+ vouches, and somewhere down the line came across a member named KLDG who was going to do some quests for me.

Long story short, I was trying to earn some credible vouches and have others go first to me. I didn't want to use an MM, because that would had basically defeated the purpose. I do recall the reasoning of me even having somebody quest on my account was for the simple fact that I wanted some vouches where others went first to gain some credibility. All information can be found here: http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1562587-twc-you-kidding-me.html

Me and him got into a huge argument, and my immature actions led me to 'boasting' about how I made money from e-whoreing. To find out, this was considered off-site scamming and against the rules. Thought my actions were still against my own personal morals & values, I was very young minded and greedy.

What I did was I'd go into chat rooms, find a person, tell them I'm doing cam shows for eg. $5/hour and they would want proof. I have a fake video via ManyCam with a girl that would wave to them, and they would pay for the show. I have honestly tried signing into my PayPal account, but it's been so long, I don't remember the details. It's limited as well. I would be more than willing, if anyone wants to help assist me, in getting the information to contact these victims to make amends.

Personally, it was always something that gave a bad feeling in my gut, but I was greedy and that got the best of me. I still feel just as guilty today as I did back then, but the only thing I can do is move on. I was actually very excited once I started making decent profit from staking because I knew that meant I would no longer have to do stuff like that to earn money. Along with my reasoning for joining Sythe, was to take that money and start a gold shop to guarantee I would never have to do anything like that again. Today, as most people know I am on house arrest, don't have a job, and I still have not resorted back to my old ways, which I think definitely shows I'm a changed man. Many people I talk to can vouch that I am broke, and was really eager to possibly start working with R2Pleasent once I made $100-200 as a deposit. I really am trying to make money legit, and could easily go back to what I used to do for money, but I know it's not worth it to hurt others in the process and it's very selfish as well. Also, please do not think I am only showing my guilt because this is a pardon.

On a side note, I'm also striving to change my character as a whole. I made a post in the spam forum just yesterday that I was going to be leaving the 'Spam Forum' for the simple reason that there's too much negativity there and I don't want to surround myself with that type of energy. I struggle with it everyday, but I truly am at the age where I want to focus everyday on becoming a better person. I definitely know who I am, as I have since I was very young, but I want to improve everything about myself that I can. Whether it's learning to listen to people better, controlling my anger, etc.

Back on topic, my account 'psycho sales' was created in November, and I didn't really become active until Janurary. I accumulated roughly 30+ vouches, and was really looking forward to expanding on Sythe.

My vouches can be found here: http://www.sythe.org/vouches-forum/1668425-psycho-sales-vouches.html

I think it was pretty well known I was a vader, but I continued to grow into the community once again and tried to make a name for myself. I didn't know there was a pardon system before re-making this account, until afterwards. However, I still decided not to use it because I had already re-created myself and figured if I had all new details, I wouldn't get caught. I even saw what happened with 'Jack Goff,' and thought to myself, 'Wow, should I pardon now or should I do the same and get 'big' on sythe, and then pardon, if ever pardon at all or until I get caught.' Obviously I made the wrong choice, and retrospective, I think I would have had a better opportunity pardoning before earning all my reputation I have on this new account. But it is what it is and there's nothing I can really take back, except hope that you guys can see that I sincerely apologize and am here for the good of the community. I participated in several minirank events that were always a lot of fun, donated $5, and was always excited to grow as a whole on Sythe.

There's not really much else to say. I guess this basically summarizes up everything that I've been hiding. It would actually be really nice if I was granted the privilege (as it's a privilege to be on these forums, not a right) to come back to these forums and have nothing to hide. If I am allowed to come back, my goals on these forums would be to work for a gold seller, potentially open up a gold shop myself, and go from there. I also enjoy helping others and giving them advice on life issues, as I feel I've been through so much, there's a lot of people that can benefit from what I've been through and hopefully not make the same mistakes. Even if they do, it helps me know that I was able to give advice to someone and actually be able to relate to them. There's really not many people I can't relate to in one way or another.

I do not ask for forgiveness. I simply ask for you guys to remember that we all make mistakes, but from those mistakes we are suppose to learn from them and I truly have.

Thank you to any of the staff members who volunteer on these forums, and use their own personal time to help keep this community alive and safe. You guys really do a great job, and it's awesome that you guys even have a system like this.

psycho sales requesting a pardon for ban evasion

After spending numerous hours with pyschosales/rswealth I would like to support his pardon request. He has provided me with skype proof of his real life information is a deleted post above. As well as being genuinely sorry for his actions. He told me that if there was anyway to repay the users he would. If not he be willing to put money towards the sites. Lastly, I check out all his ip's and no scamming on Sythe.org took place.

Yes he tricked/scammed people off site but that was years ago. Since then he has proved himself an asset to the community via account training/questing and gold selling. Therefore given what I have stated I would like to support his pardon request.

In fairness to pyscho I gave him the chance to respond to the post above which he said:

psycho: The thing is, I really did feel bad even when I was used to do that. Obviously i'm human and have a guilty conscience, if I didn't something would be wrong. But that post just totally contradicts everything I said in my pardon, so i'm aware it looks really fucked up now :/

I was just immature and I guess I thought that was the way to go about it but now all it did was come back to haunt me. Sometimes you don't realize that even the smallest things can have such a huge impact. At times, I probably did think to myself that these are people i'll never see, so what does it matter? but at the end of the day, I always did have some type of guilty conscience about what I was doing. That was just my greediness and selfishness coming out in a way that I deeply regret.

I understand that linked thread showed no respect towards the staff or his actions at the time. But since then pyscho actions/attitudes have changes towards users/staff. Moreover he was pretty open about the amount scammed he could of easily faked/lied and we would never know. The fact that he was openly honest it being a lot of money and the fact that he doesn't try to defend his actions now still leave me to support his pardon.
